Run the resolver

The reference resolver stores, serves, and reconciles identity records from supplied observations, external identifiers, and metadata. It is not a detector, segmenter, SLAM/VPS system, localizer, geometric-registration engine, renderer, navigator, or grasp planner.

See the reference-resolver README. The default deploy needs no native build; docker compose up -d --build also works. Configuration: PORT, STORE (memory or sqlite), DB_PATH, SEED.
